1. Q: Are you manufacture or trading company?

A: We are manufacture and trading company. Our factory covers an area of 55000 square meters whcih can provide 100,000 Ton capacity per year.

2. Q: What is your delivery time?

A: We have stock for most products, Some special products within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and racking design.

3. Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit ?
A: Our factory is located in ShanDong province. You are warmly welcome to visit our factory

4. Q: What are main racking and sub-racking?
A: The difference between these two kinds of racks is frame. Main racking have 2 frames and all beam, sub-racking only have 1 frame and all beam.

5. Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge some sample cost and will return it during the next order.

6. Q: What is the term of payment?

A: Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.

7. Q: How could I install the racks?
A: We provide detailed Installation instruction manual for each type of racking. Our engineer can also provide online supporting if you needed.

8. Q: Could you produce according to customers’design?
A: Of course, We have very rich experience in non-standard product design.

9. Q: Do you produce shelf with different kinds of materials?
A: Yes,our products are mainly made of high strength steel Q195/Q235/Q355,Yield strength up to 195MPA/235MPA/355MPA.

10. Q: What is the packing way?
A: Packed by air bubble film in standard export cartons. Unless the customer has special requirements.
